Shipping Policy

1. Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders Php 1500 and above. If you want your item to be delivered immediately within Metro Manila, an extra 140 or 200 pesos will be added to your final bill, regardless of whether you spend more than Php 1500. This is recognized as an exceptional request.

2. Who is your delivery service?

We have a lot of couriers. They may call you on the day of delivery depending on your location, so please keep your registered mobile phone available in case they call. As they follow a route map in your area, our delivery service cannot guarantee a delivery time. We appreciate your patience.

3. How many times will they deliver my product?

Our delivery partner will try 2-3 times before your order is considered canceled. If you neglect, your address and name may be listed on the COD blacklist.

4. How do I track my order?

Please email us at hello@drpatch.ph for your order updates, provinces and remote areas especially in Mindanao can take more than 10 days.

5. I was delivered the wrong item.

Please email us asap at hello@drpatch.ph for immediate action, rest assured we will do our best to correct this mistake.

6. How many days should I receive my order?
