Refund and Exchange Policy

Any product purchased within the previous 30 days is liable for a complete refund. Our return procedure is extremely easy and user-friendly. Please follow the simple guidelines below. Only UNOPENED boxes are eligible for a refund or replacement.

Here's what you need to do:

1. Email us at hello@drpatch.ph with the information below.

• Order number (you can find this on your email address with your confirmation email). If you happen to order via Facebook Page, just present your Facebook URL profile and we will search it manually.
• Items needed for refund.
• Reasons for refund.
• Refund method, please send your Bank account or where do you want your refund to be deposited.

2. Send the items back via your chosen courier to Dr. Patch Blanco Furniture Building, 2241 MacArthur Highway, Mabalacat, Pampanga along with your receipt if possible.

3. Your refund will be processed in 24-48 hours after receiving the items on our office.
